Privacy Policy

racing.kysman.com (Effective: 2025)

1. Information We Process

racing.kysman.com is a web racing game that can be used without registration or login. The following may be stored on your device (browser) or on our servers to provide the service.

Nickname — The name you enter when starting the game, used for display. Currently stored only on your device. We may later store it on the server so you can use the same nickname across devices.
Last selected vehicle — Stored so you can start with the same vehicle on your next visit. Currently stored only on your device.
Paid vehicle unlock status — If you unlocked a paid vehicle with a code received after purchase, we store that so it stays unlocked on that device (or account).

Currently the above is stored only on your device and not sent to our server. We may later add accounts, server-stored nicknames, or play records; if so, we will update this policy and notify you.

2. Paid Purchases

Paid vehicles are one-time purchases, not a subscription. Payment is made on PayPal’s pages; the email and payment details you enter there are subject to PayPal’s privacy policy. racing.kysman.com receives only what is needed to send you the unlock code (e.g. by email) after payment. We do not store your payment details in the game service.

3. Storage and Deletion

Stored data lives only in your browser. Clearing site data or using private/incognito mode may remove your nickname, vehicle choice, and paid unlock status. We do not provide a way to delete this data remotely.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share nickname, vehicle choice, or unlock status with third parties.

5. Cookies

We do not use login or session cookies. We use only the browser’s local storage for the purposes described in section 1.

6. Policy Changes

We will update this page when the privacy policy changes and, if needed, indicate the effective date.
