Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern your use of the web racing game provided at racing.kysman.com (the “Service”), including paid purchases, intellectual property, and disclaimers.

2. Service Description

The Service is a browser-based racing game. You enter a nickname, choose a vehicle, and drive on the provided circuit to record lap times. Default vehicles are free; some vehicles (e.g. Formula One LP-830 SDC) are one-time paid purchases. There is no subscription.

3. Rules of Use

• Nicknames must be 3–12 characters (letters, numbers, underscores only).
• Do not defame others or disrupt the operation of the Service.
• Do not copy, distribute, or reuse the Service’s vehicles, maps, audio, or other content without permission.

4. Paid Vehicle Purchases

Paid vehicles are one-time purchases. Payment is processed via PayPal; after confirmation, an unlock code is sent by email. Using that code in the game unlocks the vehicle on that device (or account). There is no subscription or recurring payment. Paid vehicles are digital goods; no refunds or cancellations after purchase.

5. Copyright and Content Sources

The circuit (map) used in the Service is from the source and under the license below. If you reuse it, you must comply with that license and attribution.

Other audio and assets follow their respective licenses; sources may be indicated in the Service or on a separate page.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” The provider is not liable for device, network, or browser issues or loss of saved data arising from use of the game.

7. Changes to Terms

Changes to these terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
